We strive to provide genuine, personalised, and professional consultation services. Since our services involve time-based consultation, analysis, and customised spiritual guidance, we maintain the following refund policy.
Please read this policy carefully before booking any consultation or making a payment.
Refund requests will only be considered under the conditions mentioned below.
Refund Eligibility
Refund requests will only be considered in exceptional circumstances, such as duplicate payments, unsuccessful transactions where the payment has been deducted but the booking was not confirmed, or situations where we are unable to provide the requested consultation due to technical or administrative reasons from our side. Any refund request should be submitted within seven (7) days of the payment date along with relevant payment details for verification.
Non-Refundable Services
Since astrology consultations, horoscope analysis, and spiritual guidance are personalised services prepared specifically for each client, they become non-refundable once the consultation has been completed or the analysis has been shared. Refunds will also not be provided in cases where incorrect information has been supplied by the client, appointments are missed without prior notice, or expectations regarding predictions or remedies differ from the actual consultation. Astrology offers guidance based on traditional Vedic principles and does not guarantee specific personal, financial, relationship, or professional outcomes.
Refund Process
Once a refund request is received, our team will carefully review the details to determine whether it meets the conditions of this policy. If the request is approved, the refund will be processed through the original payment method used at the time of booking. Depending on your bank or payment service provider, the credited amount may take approximately five to ten business days to appear in your account.
Late or Missing Refunds
If your refund has been approved but has not yet been received, we recommend first checking your bank account and contacting your bank or payment provider, as processing times may vary between financial institutions. If you still do not receive the refund after completing these steps, you may contact our support team with your payment information, and we will assist you in tracking the transaction.
Cancellation Policy
Clients may request to cancel their appointment before the scheduled consultation begins. However, once the consultation has started or the astrological analysis has already been prepared or delivered, cancellation requests will generally not qualify for a refund. In situations where we are unable to conduct the consultation as scheduled due to unavoidable circumstances, we will make every effort to reschedule the appointment at a mutually convenient time.
Digital Consultation Policy
Most of our services are provided digitally through telephone calls, WhatsApp, video consultations, or other online communication methods. Since these consultations involve personalised preparation and immediate delivery of professional guidance, they are generally considered final once the consultation has commenced or the service has been delivered. Therefore, refunds cannot be claimed after the service has been successfully provided.
